We stock a mix of used, refurbished and select new units. Each listing clearly states the condition, along with mileage where applicable.
Do you offer a warranty?+
Yes. Used units carry a minimum 3-month warranty, and refurbished units carry up to 6 months, covering internal mechanical failure under normal use.
How long does delivery take?+
In-stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours and typically arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your location within South Africa.
Can I pay on delivery or is payment required upfront?+
Checkout on our site places your order and captures your shipping details — no payment is taken online. Our team will contact you shortly afterward to confirm payment and arrange delivery.
How do I know an engine or gearbox will fit my car?+
Every listing includes the exact make, model and OEM part/engine code it was sourced from. Compare this against your vehicle's engine or gearbox code, or message us on WhatsApp to confirm.
What if the part doesn't fit or arrives damaged?+
Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, or request a return within 14 days of purchase for other issues. See our Return Policy for the full process — most fitment or damage issues are resolved with a replacement or refund.
What is your return policy?+
You can request a return within 14 days of your purchase date. We pay return shipping if the item is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped; you cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Do you ship outside South Africa?+
We currently ship within South Africa and select neighbouring countries. Contact us before ordering if you're outside these regions.
